We were honored to be a part of the annual fundraising event for Imana Kids. In June of 2013, a small team of volunteers traveled to Kimisagara Orphanage, an unknown small, hidden orphanage on the cliffs of Kigali, Rwanda. Being inspired by the exceptional compassion and joy in these children, they made a commitment to each child and young adult. This commitment included that they would not be forgotten and that this trip was only the beginning. With this promise, Imana (God’s) Kids was born.
The people that run this organization have huge hearts and we were encouraged to see the great work they are doing in so many lives. Cascios provided an amazing venue and meal to top it all off!
